Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in mechanical design or related fields, possessing solid knowledge in mechanical principles, mechanical design, manufacturing processes, and other related fields;
2.3-5 years of experience in mechanical design and related technical research and development;
3. Strong ability to analyze and solve problems, capable of handling system debugging, testing, and on-site technical issues;
4. Proficient in using 3D modeling software and simulation analysis software;
5. Familiar with mechanical product design methods and standard specifications, able to independently complete project research and development design tasks;
6. Strong execution and driving force, strong sense of responsibility, good quality and cost awareness;
7. Good internal and external communication and coordination skills, strong ability to withstand pressure;
8. Work conscientiously, have a sense of responsibility, and have a strong sense of teamwork.
Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for conducting research and analysis on new technologies for driving system functional components;
2. Conduct research on machine tool feed system technology, including dynamic characteristics, mechanical transmission coupling, weak stiffness links, and inertia matching issues;
3. Responsible for selecting and verifying the functional components of the machine tool drive system;
4. Responsible for the structural design and performance optimization iteration of the machine tool feed system;
5. Responsible for designing testing platforms and testing plans, following up on the testing process of new products, analyzing test results to complete structural iterations, and forming technical specifications;

Job Requirements
1. Master theoretical mechanics, material mechanics, mechanical principles, mechanical design, mechanical manufacturing fundamentals, familiar with elastic mechanics, mechanical vibration, control engineering fundamentals and other related knowledge;
2. Master at least one mainstream 3D modeling software and finite element analysis software; Proficient in using office software; Ability to quickly read English technical materials;
3. Priority will be given to those with research experience in CNC machine tool feed systems, and those with more than 3 years of experience as a machine tool feed system designer will be given priority.
Job Responsibilities
1. Assist the product supervisor designer in completing the planning and design of new product solutions;
2. Assist in drawing engineering drawings and completing the drawing review process to ensure the accuracy of the drawings;
3. Responsible for the design output of related products, responsible for the improvement of design technical data, including the preparation of design BOM, design specifications, product performance indicators, product inspection and testing plans, and product user manuals;
4. Track product installation, testing, and verification work;
5. Responsible for coordinating and communicating with other departments or project teams during the product development process;
6. Other tasks arranged by superiors.
Job Requirements
1. Experience in leading the design, manufacturing, and reliability analysis of machine tool structures is preferred;
2. Proficient in mechanical design related software and finite element analysis software, with certain mechanical analysis abilities, proficient in using office software;
3. Proficient in basic knowledge related to mechanical design, mechanical manufacturing, mechatronics, gas-liquid transmission, etc;
4. Strong execution and learning abilities;
5. Has good communication skills, interpersonal skills, and teamwork abilities.
